We did it! 2 hours later she's shifted back 13 metres and is sitting snug next to us.

Work begins...

No kidding, work finally kicks off - 337 days since project kick off. Site works begun in the dark this morning to prep for house for lift and slide onto our front yard in less than two weeks - eek! Check out the length of these screws to support the tracks being used to move the house.

The folk from House Lifters, Stuart and George and Project Manager, David discuss how the house will be slid back onto our front yard for 6 weeks. The actual slide will only take 30 minutes we're told!
